The Residence is structured on three floors. On the ground floor you will find the kitchen with the breakfast room, two dining rooms with completely original period fireplaces, a decor that skilfully mixes antique furniture with modern objects. On the first floor the rooms plus the suite with magnificent views of the Soave Castle. Also in this area you will experience a clever mix of period furniture alternating with design objects.

The splendid renovation project is by the architect Massimo Carolei who has maintained the historical features of the building and made extensive use of energy saving techniques for the air conditioning of the rooms with radiant systems powered by geothermal technology. Also noteworthy is the use of materials from our areas such as Prun stone and basalt from the volcanic hills of Soave. Its position is strategic. In a few minutes you will reach all the historical sites of Soave and visit not only the city of Verona but also Vicenza, Padua and Venice. Lake Garda is only 50 km away. You will also have the opportunity to visit the most famous wine shops and purchase their typical products. Located within the walls, it is a few dozen meters from prestigious cellars and a few hundred meters from the best crus that have made Soave a tourist attraction for all wine enthusiasts.
